Shipping policy

We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. As all Heart Treasures products are handcrafted and made-to-order, so manufacturing and processing times may vary. We do not process or dispatch products on weekends and holidays. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched with our shipping carrier.  

 

Please be aware that the current COVID-19 situation may further delay processing and shipping times.

All Heart Treasures domestic and international shipping is provided by City-Link Express (Malaysia).   

 

Domestic Shipping   

We offer 10.00 USD flat-rate shipping to anywhere in Malaysia.

Alternatively, if you are local to the Kuching, Malaysia area, please get in touch via hearttreasuressb@gmail.com to arrange a contact-free delivery or find out more about our local stockists.

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT and GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Heart Treasures is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  

How do I check the status of my order?  

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.   

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hearttreasuressb@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  

 

Receiving your order  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hearttreasuressb@gmail.com with your order number and a photo clearly displaying the condition of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
